Recon is a remake of the WWII jeeps. The numbering along the hood, 1WTC091101 reflects the world trade centers address, and 09/11/01 is a day that all of us remember. The bumper FLT117717595-22202 Recon, is all 4 flight numbers that went down on 9/11, and 22202 is the zip code of the Pentagon. This jeep was designed from research of WWII jeeps, and is very similar to jeeps of that era.
